No title.

First things first - i am absolutely THRILLED to see my beautiful Miss Burton back!!!!! Yayyyyy, everyone go look at her new blog, ill post a link to it soon. She is amazing and I love her, you all will too.

I havent had a training sesh in about a week because my trainer had the flu.. But im having one tomorrow so he better kick my ass back into action - i so badly need motivation, seeing as i have only dragged myself to the gym once since our last sesh..

I think i need to get him to write up an eating plan for me, im constantly wanting carbs. Like ALL the time. Im not full unless ive eaten some form of carbs.
We havent really had the calorie chat yet, and i dont know how he's going to react to a less-than-800 calorie day thing.. But thats all i want and he cant really argue. =D

Ive been boxing with him recently! Biggest most tiring workouts ever. I am the biggest girl when it comes to throwing a punch, but im getting better, and im steering far clear of the weights section, only ever using my body weight as resistance and in that way i wont be gaining any muscle. *biggest fear*

I do soooooo many sit ups.. and its paying off. My stomach is just starting to get flatter, but if i keep it up, it will eventually be as i want it! Determined!

Im keen as for a bender but uni work has consumed my social life for now, so nothing to report there!
I have a massive presentation to be studying for right now, so better get to it!

Sounds like you're doing very well. Don't be too afraid of those weights. Using small weights and lots of reps doesn't add muscle, but it certainly does burn fat. Stay strong!
